To give them beauty for ashes,

The oil of joy for mourning,

The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.

- Isaiah 61:3

ABOUT ME

I’m Pat Latham.

I’m a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team and a graduate of Coach U and of the Joseph Business School.

As a result of my Turning Mourning Into Dancing program, women push through grief that paralyzes them and begin to create a life of joy where she regains their confidence and starts to live a meaningful life again.

That was me in 2017 when my husband died on Thanksgiving Day (a significant US holiday).  It was like the lights went out and I didn’t know how I was going to make it or how I would even laugh again, the type that comes from deep down in my belly.

One and a half weeks after his death, I received a distressing phone call that one of my brothers had died.  Within a few days later, I was faced with the potential loss of a job due to relocation.  Yes, devastated with a triple blow of grief all within two weeks.

I held tight to my faith, looking to God to get me through this.  I knew that no matter what, I had to get through this for myself and my college-age son.

I began to utilize my life coaching skills to coach myself through the dark times and the waves of emotions.  I used ways to push, though it hurts.  I learned to push through the pain, the fears, and the loneliness.  I started journaling the steps I took and the techniques that I used to help me to grow through the pain and to go from brokenhearted and stagnant to living a life in joy and on purpose.  This can be you also.  You too can give birth to a new you and a new and renewed life.

What I want most is to help women like you who want their joy back for themselves and for their families.  Women who are ready to navigate the difficult times, open themselves up to possibilities, regain their confidence, and live life again on purpose and in joy.  If you are willing to give life a try again, I would love to help you transform your life from the inside out®.

TESTIMONIALS

"My biggest challenge I was struggling with before I engaged in coaching was that I felt stuck. I knew what I wanted to do but had no clue how to get there and felt like I hit a plateau.

The single most impactful use of our coaching relationship is Pat's ability to ask the right questions in a way that's not leading me one way or another but allows me to delve deep into myself and open my mind to see things in a way I couldn't see or completely comprehend before."

- Jodi-Ann W

"After four years of grieving the death of my son, Pat has helped me to move from not wanting to do anything with my life by helping me to work through the things I kept replaying in my mind and to shift my mindset so that I am now able to plan my life going forward."

- MW

"Pat was my confidant, the one whom I could go to when I felt no one else understood what I was going through after my dad passed away. She helped me to realize that I can't change things but which her guidance, I was able to forgive, press forward and pick up the pieces to go through the discomfort and see things from a different perspective knowing that I am in control of my thoughts and feelings."
